If you notice any discrepancies with any of your Altitude Qualifying Dollar (AQD) transactions , you can notify us by completing the following form. Make sure you fill out all the fields, and you will hear back from us shortly.Please ensure a minimum of fourteen (14) days have passed since your flight departure – we cannot make any adjustments to your AQD profile within the fourteen day timeframe.
