Missing points for a flight? Please submit a flight missing points request.
For other transactions, you can find the information you need below to request missing points from our financial, car rental, hotel, retail and other partners. In many cases, you can even request points when you didn’t show your Aeroplan card at purchase!
Before you make your request, we suggest you:
- Double-check your transactions in your Aeroplan dashboard to see if your points were credited. Remember, it can take up to 2 months in some cases.
- Gather your receipts and invoices.

If you booked directly with the car rental partner, you can submit a request for missing points up to 6 months after the activity.
If you booked directly with the hotel partner, you can request missing points by contacting the partner directly up to 6 months after the activity. Make sure to include a copy of your hotel invoice or receipt, along with your Aeroplan number, name, address and telephone number(s).

You will not be able to request missing points with any of our in-store retail partners if you forgot to show your Aeroplan card at the time of purchase. For any other request, please contact the partner directly.
For Aeroplan bonus offers with Starbucks, please allow 6-8 weeks after the bonus offer ends to receive the bonus Aeroplan points.
For Aeroplan bonus offers at the LCBO, please allow 6-8 weeks after the bonus offer ends to receive the bonus Aeroplan points.
