Air Canada Signature Service is our new end-to-end premium travel experience featuring the Air Canada Signature Class cabin, formerly known as Business Class – Transcontinental, offered exclusively on board our mainline Boeing 787, 777 and 767 aircraft and our Airbus A330 aircraft.
Air Canada is the only North American airline offering lie-flat seats on the following non-stop routes: daily and overnight flights between Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver and Toronto; and daily flights between Montreal, New York-Newark and Vancouver.
Air Canada Signature Service ensures a seamless airport experience with dedicated check-in counters, expedited security clearance, lounge access, exclusive boarding lanes, priority baggage handling and more. On board, Air Canada Signature Class customers are treated to exclusive service and amenities.

Priority Services
Business Class Check-In
When you travel in Air Canada Signature Class on a domestic or international flight from Toronto Pearson International Airport, you’ll enjoy an exclusive full-service check-in space featuring comfortable seating and dedicated self-service check-in kiosks.
Priority Check-In
Dedicated Priority Check-In counters for accelerated services are available at all airports. Plus, a team of specially trained Premium Agents are on hand at airports from which Air Canada Signature Class flights depart to offer personalized check-in service.
Security
Speed through security* via exclusive access lanes at security screening points.
Boarding
Board first or at your leisure with dedicated Zone 1 lanes available at most gates.
Baggage handling
Your bags will be marked with priority tags so they’re first on the carousel when you arrive at your destination.

Concierge Service
Our industry-leading concierges are there to help with check-in assistance inside our exclusive concierge offices at our Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver airports. Our concierges can also assist with at-risk connections if you are connecting between two Air Canada Signature Class flights.*
Altitude Super Elite 100K members will continue to receive enhanced concierge services at any time.

Maple Leaf Lounges
Our Maple Leaf Lounges are located at all airports from which our North American Air Canada Signature Class is offered (excluding SFO). They feature complimentary Wi-Fi, a selection of digital newspapers and magazines, and complimentary food and beverage options.
When flying through airports without a Maple Leaf Lounge, access our Star Alliance or contract partner lounges by presenting your boarding pass at the entrance.
Cabin & Seats
The Air Canada Signature Class cabin features:
- Executive or Classic Pods, with lumbar support and massage function, which convert to a fully flat bed: up to 203.2 cm (6' 7") long
- Mattress pads, plush duvets and pillows
- Amenity kits
Our Executive Pod is available exclusively on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 777 aircraft. Our Classic Pod is available on our Boeing 767 aircraft and Airbus A330 aircraft.

Enjoy innovative cuisine by Air Canada’s award-winning Canadian chef, David Hawksworth*, a selection of wine chosen by Air Canada's sommelier Véronique Rivest, Laurent-Perrier champagne and a selection of spirits including our Air Canada Signature cocktail.
We offer a South Asian menu by Chef Vikram Vij on flights to New Delhi and Mumbai. Chef Antonio Park has created a Japanese inspired menu for flights to Tokyo (Narita) departing Montreal and Vancouver, and to Tokyo (Haneda) departing from Toronto, and a South American inspired meal option on flights to São Paulo departing Montreal and Toronto.

David Hawksworth is an award-winning Vancouver-based chef and the owner of restaurants Hawksworth and Nightingale, where he uses local ingredients to create the very best Canadian cuisine. He has worked in European, Michelin-starred kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and L’Escargot, and has been a guest chef at restaurants in New York, Hong Kong and Napa Valley.

Antonio Park is a Montreal chef and restaurateur who blends his South American and Asian roots with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients to create dishes that represent his culinary journey.

Véronique Rivest
One of the most respected sommeliers in Canada and abroad, Véronique Rivest is the winner of the 2006 and 2012 Canada’s Best Sommelier competitions, the 2007 Wine Woman competition in Paris, the 2012 Best Sommelier of the Americas competition and in March 2013, she became the first woman to take a podium at the World’s Best Sommelier Competition in Tokyo by winning second place. She is the wine columnist for Ottawa’s Le Droit newspaper and Radio Canada, and the owner of SOIF wine bar in Gatineau, Quebec.
