If you’re an Air Canada Altitude Super Elite 100K, you’ll be provided with a 24-hour hotline to connect instantly with an Air Canada concierge agent.
What can a concierge do?
Your concierge is here to help you with all day of travel and airport matters. They can assist you with hotel and restaurant reservations and accommodate any special in-flight meals and entertainment.
They are conveniently stationed around International Business Class check-in areas and departure gates.
Am I eligible?
Altitude Super Elite 100K members and International Business Class passengers are entitled to concierge services in 43 airports around the world from more than 200 carefully selected concierge agents. They’re sensitive to cultural diversity and are all specially trained in guest management, hospitality, and building customer relationships.
What are the premium services?
All our concierge agents are able to assist premium customers with ticketing, connections, upgrades and baggage handling. Concierge agents are also immediate resources for personal needs and last-minute arrangements, such as hotel and restaurant bookings, theatre ticket reservations and limousine service or any other special needs Altitude Super Elite 100K and International Business Class customers may have.
