Missing Aeroplan points for a flight?
Please allow at least 14 days after your flight before submitting a request for missing Aeroplan points.
If you’re missing points for a flight, please complete a missing points request by clicking the button below. You may be required to submit your boarding pass, e-ticket or flight booking receipt for some airline claims.
Missing Status Qualifying Credits (SQC) for a flight?
If you have received your Aeroplan points for your eligible flight but believe you are also eligible for a Status Qualifying Credit (SQC), as outlined in the Aeroplan Elite Status eligibility criteria and have not received it for any reason, please contact Aeroplan at 1-800-361-5373.
A reminder that not all flights are eligible for points or SQC.
Flights flown prior to 2026: If you've already been credited for Status Qualifying Miles (SQM) and Status Qualifying Segments (SQS) but are still missing Status Qualifying Dollars (SQD) for your 2025 travel dates, please report an SQD discrepancy.
Missing Aeroplan points for other transactions?
For all other transactions, you can find the information you need below to request missing Aeroplan points from our financial, car rental, hotel, retail and other partners.
In many cases, you can even request points when you didn’t show your Aeroplan card at the time of purchase!
Before you proceed with your request, we suggest checking your Aeroplan dashboard to see if your points have been credited. Please note that it can take up to 2 months for the credit to be reflected in your account.

To request missing points, please contact our car rental partners directly. You can submit a request for missing points up to 6 months after the activity. Make sure you have your Aeroplan number and credit card statement handy.
Hotel partners
If you booked directly with the hotel partner, you can request missing points by contacting the partner directly up to 6 months after the activity. Make sure to include a copy of your hotel invoice or receipt, along with your Aeroplan number, name, address and telephone number(s).

Missing an AC Wallet credit?
If you’re missing an AC Wallet credit associated with your Aeroplan account, please submit a Missing AC Wallet request by clicking the button below.
Our team will investigate, and you’ll receive the results of your request at the email address associated with your Aeroplan account.
