How do I connect to in-flight Wi-Fi?
- Ensure your device is in Airplane Mode, then enable Wi-Fi.
- Connect to the ‘gogoinflight’ Wi-Fi network.
- Launch your browser and type ‘airborne.gogoinflight.com’ in the address bar.
Power up in the air
To keep you up and running 24/7, there are power outlets at every Business Class seat, as well as at select stations in Economy Class seats. USB ports are also available at every seat for charging.
Will my device work?
Gogo® works with Wi-Fi enabled devices running Android®, Apple®, Blackberry® and Windows® platforms. Supported web browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer (8+), Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
