Due to the most recent developments in the Middle East, Air Canada is pausing operations to and from Tel Aviv as of Sunday, April 14, 2024, until August 5th, 2024. The next flight from Toronto is now scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, and the next flight from Montreal is now scheduled for Monday, August 12th, 2024.
We remain in contact with the Canadian Government. We continue to closely monitor the situation and will adjust our plans accordingly.
Original travel dates between now and August 5th, 2024
Affected customers on Air Canada’s flights to/from/via Tel Aviv between now and August 5th, 2024, will be able to rebook to alternate flights if available, or obtain a travel credit or a full refund.
- If you purchased your ticket directly from Air Canada (via our website or our contact centres), please reach out to us directly at 1-888-247-2262 (or 1-800-3615373 if yours is an Aeroplan flight reward) about your travel options.
- If you purchased your ticket from a travel agency or an online travel website, please contact them.
Alternative destination
You can choose to fly to/from another destination. You will not be charged any change fees, but any fare difference will apply.
