(the “Contest Rules”)

The Contest is brought to you by Air Canada^® (the “Contest Organizer”). The Contest starts on November 6^th 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EST and closes on November 26^th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (hereinafter, the “Contest Period”).

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all Canadian residents having reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence prior to the Contest Period and who are an Aeroplan^® member (each an “Eligible Participant”). If you are not an Aeroplan member you can enroll now. Enrollment in the Aeroplan program is free.

Directors, employees, representatives, or agents of the Contest Organizer and its subsidiaries and affiliates (including but not limited to Aeroplan Inc. and Air Canada Vacations), media partners, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, and spouse, regardless of where they are domiciled) of any of the aforementioned and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Employees of The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd., (“Disney”), Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a division of The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd. (“Prize Provider”) their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Disney Parties”), and their respective advertising, promotion and web design agencies, and members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, and spouse, regardless of where they are domiciled) of any of the aforementioned and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.  Prize Provider is responsible for providing and fulfilling certain portions of the Prizes (as hereinafter defined) described below but is neither the sponsor nor administrator of the Contest.

2. How to participate in the Contest

No Purchase Necessary.

Eligible Participants can enter the Contest either via (I) Online Entry, or (II) Mail-In Entry, detailed as follows:

1. Online Entry

Eligible Participants can enter the Contest by visiting the Contest website during the Contest Period and submitting the Contest entry form.

2. Mail-In Entry

Eligible Participants can enter the Contest by mailing a fifty (50) word essay, in English or in French, about their dream destination or vacation plans along with their name, Aeroplan membership number, address, e-mail address and telephone number to the following address:

Only one (1) entry per envelope is permitted. Mail-in entries must be received by Contest Organizer before 11:59 EST on November 26, 2025. The Contest Organizer takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed mail-in entries. Essays that are not an original creation of the person submitting it, or which are illegal, defamatory or in any way obscene, all as determined solely by the Contest Organizer, will be disqualified.

Maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Participant permitted during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry.

Although online access is required in order to enter the Contest via certain methods of entry detailed above, no purchase is necessary.

Entry Requirements

To be considered an Eligible Entry, as defined below, all content and materials associated with your entry (regardless of the method of entry) (collectively, the “Submission”) must: (i) be submitted and received in accordance with these Contest Rules during the applicable Contest Period; (ii) include all required components and materials noted above; and (iii) comply with these Contest Rules, including, but not limited to, the General Terms and Conditions listed below for the Prize (all as determined by the Contest Organizer in its sole and absolute discretion). By participating in this Contest, including without limitation submitting an Eligible Entry, you signify that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Contest Rules.

Each Submission received from an Eligible Participant that meets the requirements above will be considered an “Eligible Entry” and collectively the “Eligible Entries”.

By entering the Contest, each Eligible Participant agrees that their Eligible Entry complies with the Content Restrictions, as defined below, and that Contest Organizer may choose to disqualify an Eligible Participant from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Eligible Entry fails to comply with the following restrictions (collectively, the “Content Restrictions”):

• Posts, written submissions, essays, pictures and/or videos (each, a “Creative Work”) must not be illegal, defamatory, hateful or in any way obscene, or disparage Contest Organizer or any other person or party;
• The Submission (including any Creative Work) must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction where they are created, or that violates or infringes any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights; and
• The Submission (including any Creative Work) must not be inconsistent with the image and values of Contest Organizer or contrary to the purpose of the Contest.

By entering, each Eligible Participant warrants and represents the following with respect to the Submission: (i) Eligible Participant is the sole and exclusive owner of any Creative Work forming part of the Submission; (ii) Creative Work must be an original creation of the Eligible Participant; and (iii) the Submission (including any Creative Work) will not infringe on any rights of any third parties.

3. Prize

There are two (2) prizes to be won (each a “Vacation Prize”; collectively, the “Vacation Prizes”). Each Vacation Prize consists of a vacation package to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for six (6) consecutive days and five (5) consecutive nights for each winner and up to three (3) guests selected by the winner (each a “Guest”; collectively, the “Guests”; and, together with the winner, the “Group”) and includes the following:

1. Up to four (4) Economy Class round-trip tickets on any flight operated by Air Canada (including, flights operated under the Air Canada Express^® banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge^®) from the major Canadian airport served by Air Canada closest to the winner’s place of residence in Canada (the “Departure Airport”) to Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, Florida (the “Arrival Airport”);
2. Round-trip ground transfers or voucher(s) for round trip local ground transportation service for up to four (4) passengers between the Arrival Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort (ground transfers to be selected by Prize Provider in its discretion);
3. Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for five (5) nights at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel (location/category at the discretion of Prize Provider), based on availability;
4. Up to four (4) 6-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper Plus Option; and
5. One (1) Disney Gift Card in the amount of six hundred U.S. dollars (USD$600.00) for the winner, subject to restrictions.

Please note:

Items not included as part of the Vacation Prize, which are the responsibility of the winner, include: ground transportation between winner’s residence and Departure Airport, hotel room service, laundry service, spa treatments; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; parking fees; local and long distance telephone calls; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; service charges; personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point (as the Vacation Prize originates and terminates at such departure point), obtaining sufficient personal travel, health or medical insurance prior to departure, if desired; and all other costs and expenses no otherwise mentioned herein. Federal, state and local taxes relating to the Vacation Prize are the responsibility of the Group.

Prize Terms and Conditions

Reservations for flights and accommodations are subject to availability.

The following Air Canada flight blackout dates apply, during which travel is not permitted:

1 April 2026 to 8 April 2026

26 July 2026 to 16 August 2026

Subject to flight blackout dates, Vacation Prize must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from February 1, 2026 to August 1, 2026. If Vacation Prize is not completed by August 1, 2026, the Vacation Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Contest Organizer and/or Prize Provider reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation Prize period, or any other component of the Vacation Prize, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation Prize dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply.

Vacation Prize is for the winner and up to three (3) Guests of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Contest Organizer and/or Prize Provider, which may be withheld for any reason. The Group must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers).

Travel does not qualify for Aeroplan points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program. No changes permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed, or ticket has been issued.  The use of upgrade certificates is not permitted for flights. Use of the airfare tickets are subject to Air Canada’s General Conditions of Carriage.

The Vacation Prize winner and their guest(s) are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with entry, health, safety, customs and immigrations regulations and requirements. The Vacation Prize winner agrees and acknowledges that Contest Organizer will not be liable if any of the Guest(s) or the Vacation Prize winner are denied boarding due to any failure to comply with applicable travel restrictions or requirements.

The Vacation Prize winner will not receive compensation for any elements of any Vacation Prize that any participant is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Prize will be forfeited. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner. The winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the Vacation Prize. Any unused, unclaimed, or declined portion of any Vacation Prize will be forfeited, have no cash value, and Contest Organizer shall have no obligation to provide either an alternative or value-in-kind.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the Vacation Prize. Contest Organizer and Prize Provider are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Prize is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Contest Organizer’s and Prize Provider’s sole discretion.

Theme parks, attractions, and other offerings subject to availability, closures and change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel any offering.

To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry.

The Park Hopper Option allows guests to visit more than one park per day. The winner and each Guest must make a park reservation via the Disney Park Pass system for the first theme park they plan to visit and may take advantage of Park Hopper access after visiting their first theme park. The ability to visit a theme park is subject to the theme park’s capacity limitations. Learn more about Park Hopper Option.

The Park Hopper Plus Option includes a certain number of visits to a water park or other Walt Disney World fun. Water parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures. Tee times are required for Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course and are subject to availability. FootGolf is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday during select afternoon hours, subject to availability. Miniature golf is valid for one round. Round must start prior to 4:00 PM. Only one miniature golf visit per day. ESPN Wide World of Sports admission valid only on event days; some events require an additional admission charge; there are no events on certain days; days and hours of operation of concessions, venues and attractions vary. Photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in at the hotel for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Vacation Prize).

Any damaged, lost, or stolen theme park tickets, Disney Gift Cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced. Disney Gift Cards are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the terms and conditions of Disney Gift Cards.

The winner and each Guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and Guests may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of winner.

The Prize winner and their Guest(s) understand and acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases and understands it remains their responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19.

If any portion of the Vacation Prize is not available, then Contest Organizer and Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute that portion of the Vacation Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.

In the event that the winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Contest Organizer and/or Disney Parties in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Walt Disney World Resort health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Prize, Contest Organizer and/or Disney Parties reserve the right to terminate the Vacation Prize or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Group home with no further compensation.  The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities of any member of the Group.

If any member of the Group is under the age of majority in his or her place of residence, the winner or another member of the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. The winner may not charge any Group member for participating in the Vacation Prize. Vacation Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Contest Organizer and/or Prize Provider.

Disney Parties, their parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Vacation Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Vacation Prize and/or the Contest.

All disputes between Prize Provider and/or its parent, related, affiliated or subsidiary entities, on the one hand, and winner and/or Guests, on the other hand, arising out of or relating to use or misuse of any portion of the Vacation Prizes provided by Prize Provider or activity or travel  related to the portion of the Vacation Prizes provided by Prize Provider at the Walt Disney World Resort shall be resolved by applying the law of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or in federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form or class action and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include any attorneys’ fees.

Vacation Prize Value

The estimated retail value of the Vacation Prize(s) is:

Total estimated value of Vacation Prizes	$33,572.44 CAD
Estimated value per Vacation Prize	$16,786.22 CAD

Exact value of the Vacation Prizes may vary depending on point of departure, time of booking and travel, seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares, fluctuations in currency exchange rates and the number of Guests. Any difference between the estimated retail value and the actual costs of the Vacation Prizes will not be awarded.

Vacation Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. Vacation Prize is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Prize is non-commissionable. Vacation Prize cannot be rescheduled to dates other than set forth above and will not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer. Contest Organizer and Prize Provider reserve the right at their sole discretion to substitute the Vacation Prize for one of equal or greater value or to allow a Vacation Prize transfer.

Vacation Prize Draw

A random draw from all Eligible Entries received from Eligible Participants during the Contest Period to select two (2) winners will be held at Contest Organizer’s offices located at 7373 Boul de la Côte-Vertu West, Montréal, Québec   H4S 1Z3 on December 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EST.

The odds of winning a Vacation Prize will depend upon the total number of Eligible Entries received from Eligible Participants during the Contest Period.

Limit of one (1) Vacation Prize per person.

4. Claiming of Vacation Prize(s)

In order to be declared a winner and be able to claim their Vacation Prize, the Eligible Participant selected as per these Contest Rules will be contacted by telephone, e-mail, direct message or other form of notification sent to the coordinates accompanying the selected Eligible Entry and will be instructed on how to claim their Vacation Prize by the Contest Organizer or one of its agents or representatives, shortly following the draw and must confirm acceptance as a selected Eligible Participant within three (3) calendar days of contact.

If the selected Eligible Participant does not confirm acceptance within three (3) calendar days, the Eligible Participant will be automatically disqualified and forfeit all rights to the Vacation Prize. At its entire discretion, Contest Organizer may select another Eligible Participant among the Eligible Entries by way of random draw.

Before being declared a Vacation Prize winner, each selected Eligible Participant will be required to successfully answer a time-limited four-step, two-to-three number mathematical skill-testing question and sign a declaration form confirming, without limitation, that:

• they comply with the eligibility requirements;
• they have read the Contest Rules and comply completely;
• they accept the Vacation Prize as awarded;
• they comply with any conditions/restrictions that may apply to the Prize;
• they acknowledge the Contest Organizer’s right to publish their picture, name and city of residence without compensation other than the Vacation Prize offered; and
• they acknowledge the disclaimer of liability from the Contest Organizer, Disney Parties and their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising, promotional agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents.

Guest(s) of each Vacation Prize winner will also be required to sign a similar declaration form.

No correspondence will be undertaken except with the selected Eligible Participants whose Eligible Entry was drawn. Once an Eligible Participant is declared a Prize winner by Contest Organizer, Contest Organizer will send the Eligible Participant an email containing the details of how to redeem their Vacation Prize.

5. General Terms and Conditions

All Submissions and all information provided, by Eligible Participants must be complete and accurate. Contest Organizer will not be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, any error or technological malfunctions of any kind in connection with the Contest, telephone or internet interruptions and/or any late/incomplete/erroneously completed Vacation Prize claims or declaration forms or validly disqualifying any Eligible Participants or winner(s) in accordance with the terms hereof.

All Submissions are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer and may be disqualified if they are received outside of the Contest Period, are incomplete, illegible, irregular, photocopied or otherwise reproduced, submitted through illicit means or if they contain any false statements, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest Rules.

The contents of all entries submitted become property of the Contest Organizer and will not be returned. Each Eligible Participant grants permission for Contest Organizer to use the contents of their Eligible Entry including name and address for editorial, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission. Contest Organizer reserves the right to: (i) use the contents of Eligible Entries provided by entrants, for editorial, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law; and (ii) publish without compensation the full name, city of residence, and photograph of the Vacation Prize winner and Eligible Participants waive all rights with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.

The Contest Organizer, media partners, advertising, and promotional agencies, may store, share and use the personal information submitted by Eligible Participants with their Eligible Entry for the purpose of administering the Contest and fulfilling the Vacation Prize and in accordance with the Contest Organizer’s Privacy Policy publicly available on Contest Organizer’s website.

Contest Organizer will retain such personal information according to applicable laws.

Furthermore, personal information relating to Eligible Participants selected as the winners of the Vacation Prizes will be disclosed to Prize Provider for use and disclosure by Prize Provider in accordance with The Walt Disney Company’s Privacy Policy.

If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, without any further obligations to Eligible Participants. Furthermore, if the Contest Organizer determines, at its sole discretion, that any entry compromises the integrity of the Contest, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entry at issue or terminate the Contest in its entirety without any further obligations to Eligible Participants. The Contest Organizer further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Contest, and/or to revoke, rescind, withhold or otherwise limit or restrict the Vacation Prize awarded to a winner, and/or to ban the individual from any future contest of the Contest Organizer who it finds or believes to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acting in violation of the Contest Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (iii) acting or involved in any situation or occurrence which brings them into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or which shocks, insults, or offends the community or any group or class thereof, or to offend public morals and decency to or which reflects unfavourably upon the Contest Organizer, Disney Parties and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, or their respective products or services, as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Contest Organizer; or (iv) posting or making available to the public any post, picture, video, statement, or any other content of any form on any media (including any social media platform) mentioning, tagging, alluding to, or associating itself in any way with the Contest and/or the Prize which, in the reasonable discretion of the Contest Organizer, infringes or otherwise violates the rights of the Contest Organizer, Disney Parties and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

By entering this Contest, Eligible Participants agree that: (a) the Contest Organizer and its respective subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns do not make any representation or warranty, or assume any liability beyond, where applicable, what has been described as the Vacation Prize in these Rules and (b) they will release, discharge, and forever hold harmless the Contest Organizer, Disney Parties and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, media partners, advertising and promotional agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, covenants, warranties, indemnities, claims over, contracts and liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with the Eligible Participant’s participation or attempted participation in the Contest, compliance or non-compliance with these Contest Rules and acceptance and use of the Vacation Prize.

Eligible Participants agree to be bound by all decisions of the Contest Organizer regarding the Contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

The Contest is subject to federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations. Subject to the following paragraph, this Contest is subject to all applicable national, federal, and provincial laws and regulations; unless otherwise provided at law, all actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec, and the parties consent to such exclusive venue and jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by applying the laws of Canada, province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the local or federal courts within that province.

Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans, and representations is owned by Contest Organizer, Prize Provider and/or Disney and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
