To qualify for this promotion, the customer will need to ensure their Aeroplan® Number is registered as the frequent flyer number on all their reservations. If a frequent flyer number from another airline is entered, the flight will not be eligible for the challenge – no exceptions will be made, as we cannot track flight activity linked to another frequent flyer program.

Altitude Elite 35K tier status for eligible flights flown will be awarded for new bookings only made between March 28, 2019 and April 11, 2019, by 19:59 Eastern Time inclusively, for travel on all eligible flights between March 28, 2019 and June 30, 2019.

In order to qualify as a new booking, the booking must have been created for the first time with a new booking reference number during the eligible booking period of the promotion. Any booking made prior to the start of the promotion that is subsequently changed to include travel dates within the qualifying travel period will not be considered a new booking that is eligible for the promotion.

Flights taken outside the challenge period will not be considered eligible, whether they occurred before or after this period.

Valid only on eligible scheduled direct flights between Canada and the U.S., operated by Air Canada or Air Canada Express®, for travel between March 28, 2019 and June 30, 2019.

To qualify for the Elite 35K Status Challenge promotion, the segments must be travelled in the eligible fare options: Economy Flex, Economy comfort, Economy Latitude, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Business Class lowest and Business Class flexible.

Valid only on the following published fare options included in this promotion that are eligible for Aeroplan Mile accumulation: Economy Flex, comfort, Latitude, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Business Class lowest and Business Class flexible.

A minimum of four segments is required to reach Elite 35K status.

If you successfully complete the Challenge, please allow 4 weeks for your status to be updated and 6-8 weeks for delivery of your Air Canada Altitude package.

Air Canada-marketed codeshare flights operated by other airlines and Aeroplan Flight Rewards are not eligible. Other restrictions may apply.

The Altitude Challenge applies only to Air Canada Altitude Elite 35K status. To reach any other Altitude® status, you will need to meet the published qualifying criteria outlined at altitude.aircanada.com.

In years following a successful challenge, you will be required to meet the published qualifying criteria in order to reach any Altitude status.

Flights and miles accrued in other airline frequent flyer programs will not be transferred, nor will they be eligible for the status challenge, regardless if they were earned on eligible flights operated by Air Canada.

Offer is not valid when travelling on an Air Canada Flight Pass.

Upgraded flight segments (eUpgrades, Last-Minute Paid Upgrades, Star Alliance® Upgrade Awards, etc.) will be tracked for this promotion based on the eligibility of the fare purchased.

Aeroplan Flight Rewards are not eligible for this promotion.

Participating customers agree that Air Canada can share their personal data in order to fulfill this offer. Personal data will not be used for any other purposes.
