Air Canada Signature Service is new end-to-end premium travel experience featuring the Air Canada Signature Class cabin, formerly known as International Business Class. It is offered exclusively when flying to and from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and South America on board our mainline Boeing 787, 777 and 767 aircraft and our Airbus A330 aircraft.
Air Canada Signature Service ensures a seamless airport experience with dedicated check-in counters, expedited security clearance, lounge access, exclusive boarding lanes, priority baggage handling and more. On board, Air Canada Signature Class customers are treated to exclusive service and amenities.
Cabin & Seats
The Air Canada Signature Class cabin features:
- Executive or Classic Pods, with lumbar support and massage function, which convert to a fully flat bed: up to 203.2 cm (6' 7") long
- A sanitized and clean pillow, duvet and mattress pad packaged together, and an amenity kit
- A Customer Care Kit, containing a mask, antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, gloves, water bottle, headset and a snack.
Our Executive Pod is available exclusively on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 777 aircraft. Our Classic Pod is available on our Boeing 767 and Airbus A330 aircraft.
Priority Services
Business Class Check-In
When you depart from Toronto Pearson International Airport on a domestic or international flight in Air Canada Signature Class, you’ll enjoy a full-service check-in space featuring comfortable seating and dedicated self-service check-in kiosks.
Priority Check-In
Dedicated Priority Check-In counters for accelerated services are available at all airports. Air Canada Signature Class passengers departing from a Canadian airport receive personalized check-in service from our team of specially trained Premium Agents.
Security
Speed through security* via exclusive access lanes at security screening points.
Boarding
Board first or at your leisure with dedicated Zone 1 lanes available at most gates.

Immigration and baggage handling

Our industry-leading concierges are there to help with check-in assistance inside our exclusive concierge offices at our Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver airports. Our concierges can also assist with at-risk connections if you are connecting between two Air Canada Signature Class flights.*

Located at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Vancouver International Airport, our two luxury suites feature complimentary à la carte dining with dishes created by Air Canada’s award-winning chef, David Hawksworth, a bar menu that includes Moët & Chandon champagne and cocktails featuring Diageo spirits, personalized concierge service and Molton Brown care products.*

Maple Leaf Lounges
Our Maple Leaf Lounges are located in 16 airports across Canada, the United States and Europe. They feature complimentary Wi-Fi, a selection of digital and print newspapers and magazines, complimentary food and beverage options including newly created dishes by Chef David Hawksworth served at live cooking stations.*
When flying through airports without a Maple Leaf Lounge, access our Star Alliance or contract partner lounges by presenting your boarding pass at the entrance.

BMW Chauffeur Service
Our BMW Chauffeur Service will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
Air Canada Signature Class customers can enjoy complimentary BMW Chauffeur Service across the tarmac when connecting from a domestic to an international flight at Toronto Pearson.*
We're proud to offer this service to customers travelling in a premium cabin, and we plan to extend it to other eligible customers in the future.

Food & Beverage Service
To serve you better during these challenging times, we’ve made a few adjustments to our food and beverage service. To begin, flights departing from Canada will feature a hot meal option in a carefully packaged, all-inclusive meal box curated by one of Air Canada’s award- winning chefs, Chef Antonio Park or Chef David Hawksworth. With each meal you’ll receive which includes a hot main course, salad, fruit, dessert, and a bread roll. And on our flights to Canada, we’re pleased to offer you a premium meal box featuring a hot main course, salad, cheese, dessert, and a bread roll.
To satisfy your thirst, bar service will include bottled water and Perrier, a full selection of soft drinks, individual sized bottles of sparkling, white, and red wine, with your choice of coffee or black tea.

We offer flexible meal options to those who prefer to eat earlier or later than our scheduled service times. Enjoy any of our featured main courses served with warm bread and butter, mixed greens, cheese and crackers, and fruit at any time during your flight.

He has worked in European, Michelin-starred kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and L’Escargot, and has been a guest chef at restaurants in New York, Hong Kong and Napa Valley.
