Air Canada’s new Meet & Assist service is your key to smoother connections at three of Canada's busiest airports. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will accompany you as you connect via Vancouver, Montréal, or Toronto on your way to or from Japan.
The service includes meeting and greeting you upon arrival at your connecting airport in Canada, escorting you through the terminal, and assisting you with Customs procedures, all the way to the gate of your connecting flight. Our team will be pleased to assist you in English or French, and whenever possible in Japanese.
No matter whether you’re travelling alone or with companions, you can add this service by calling our Japan Contact Center weekdays 9 am to 6 pm or Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.
Note: prices vary from 8,000JPY to 16,000JPY depending on the number of customers requesting it.
