Report a Status Qualifying Dollar discrepancy

Have you noticed a discrepancy in your Status Qualifying Dollar (SQD) transactions? You can let us know by completing the form below.

Before you start, please consider the following:

  • You’ll first want to make sure that 14 days have passed since the end of your trip*. It can take a little while for everything to get processed.
  • For more complex trips, those booked with one of our partner airlines, or reservations that have changed multiple times, it is best to wait 6 weeks after the end of your trip to reach out. These typically take a little longer to process.
  • This form should be used exclusively to report Status Qualifying Dollar (SQD) discrepancies.

    • If you'd like to send us feedback or have a specific matter you'd like to address post travel, please reach out to our Customer Relations team.


Please note requests will not be reviewed if any of the following applies to you:

  • Economy Basic fares are not eligible for SQM/SQS/SQD accumulation.
  • Last Minute Upgrade and/or Bid upgrades are not eligible to earn SQD.
  • SQD can be earned for flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge. Flights operated by an airline of the Star Alliance network may also be eligible for SQD accumulation if booked on Air Canada ticket stock (ticket number beginning with ‘014’).
