Report a Status Qualifying Dollar discrepancy
If you notice discrepancies with any of your Status Qualifying Dollar (SQD) transactions, you can notify us by completing the following form. Make sure you fill out all the fields, and you will hear back from us shortly. Please ensure a minimum of fourteen (14) days have passed since your flight departure – we cannot make any adjustments to your SQD profile within the fourteen day timeframe.
Please note, only submissions regarding Status Qualifying Dollars (SQD) will be addressed. For any other concerns prior to travel, please contact Air Canada Reservations.
