Civil unrest in Mexico

Because of unexpected civil unrest in the region of Guadalajara and Puerto Vaillarta, Air Canada is urging all of its customers in the area to remain at their hotel or current accommodations until further notice. Please do not head to the airport. Your safety is our top priority.

We have revised our ticketing policy to make it easier for customers travelling on an affected flight to make changes to their booking without penalty, space permitting. If your flight is affected, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight free of charge.
