The Canadian government has updated travel information for Mexican citizens coming to Canada.
If you currently have a reservation for travel to or from Mexico and would like to make alternate travel arrangements, Air Canada has implemented a policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:
- You purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than February 29, 2024, for travel between now and April 30, 2024.
If you are scheduled to travel during the affected period, you can reach out to us anytime at 1-888-247-2262 (or 1 800 361-5373 if yours is an Aeroplan flight reward) to change your flight, without penalty, to another date between now and May 15, 2024, subject to availability. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply. You can also store your ticket’s cash value through one of our credit options.
