Travel to or from Dubai

Due to the ongoing security situation in the Middle East, and as a precautionary measure, Air Canada is temporarily suspending its daily, non-stop service between Toronto and Dubai as of June 18, 2025.

The suspension is in effect up to and including August 3, 2025.

If you were scheduled to travel to or from Dubai International Airport (DXB):

• on a ticket issued on or before June 23, 2025
• for a trip between June 23, 2025 and August 25, 2025

you will be offered alternate travel options.

If your flight was cancelled, your options include:

• rebooking to another date
• a travel credit
• a full refund

If your flight is still scheduled to operate, you can:

• rebook to change your flight, free of charge, to another date between now and September 30, 2025

If your itinerary is affected, we will send you an email with more information about your options.
