Vagn Sørensen is a corporate director. Mr. Sørensen is the Chairman of F L Smidth & Co. A/S,  Scandic Hotels AB, Select Service Partner Plc U.K.,  TDC A/S and UC4 Software GmbH and the Vice Chairman of DFDS A/S. Mr. Sørensen is a director of Braganza AS, Lufthansa Cargo AG, Nordic Aviation Capital A/S and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Mr. Sørensen is also a Senior Industrial Advisor with EQT Partners, a private equity fund. Mr. Sørensen was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Austrian Airlines Group from 2001 to 2006 and held various senior commercial positions and served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer with SAS Scandinavian Airlines System. Mr. Sørensen has served as the Chairman of the Association of European Airlines, member of the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association and member of the Board of Vienna Stock Exchange.

Mr. Sørensen holds a Master of Economics from Aarhus Business School in Denmark.
