Palma de Mallorca, Budapest and Catania Accumulation Offer – Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms are defined as follows:

• “Eligible Scheduled Flights” means a flight operated by Air Canada® (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express® banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge®) between Canada and to Eligible destinations***. It does not include codeshare and interline flights.
• “Eligible Fare” means those fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer, as set forth below.
• “Eligible Destination” means Palma de Mallorca (PMI) in Spain, Budapest (BUD) in Hungary and Catania (CTA) in Italy.
• “Offer Period” means the period for which the Offer is valid: September 22, 2025, starting at 00:01 Newfoundland Time through to December 31, 2025, inclusively, ending at 23:59 Pacific Time.
• “Travel Period” means the period during which travel must take place, which is between: June 4, 2026 through to October 24, 2026, inclusively.
• “Offer”: During the Offer Period, earn up to 20,000 bonus Aeroplan® points on a new booking of a (1) round trip or two eligible one-way of Eligible Scheduled Flights for travel during the Travel Period.

Business Class Offer: Earn 20,000 bonus Aeroplan points when flying on any eligible route between Canada and an Eligible Destination (applicable on round trip or two one-way trips only) during the eligible Travel Period.

Eligible Fares for the Business Class Offer: Business Class (flexible), Business Class (lowest), Premium Economy (flexible), Premium Economy (lowest), Premium Rouge (flexible), Premium Rouge (lowest).

Economy Class Offer: Earn 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points when flying on any eligible route between Canada and an Eligible Destination (applicable on round trip or two one-way trips only) during the eligible Travel Period.

Eligible Fares for the Economy Offer: Economy Standard, Economy Latitude, comfort, Economy Flex.

• Open only to Aeroplan Members in good standing. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can enroll today. Membership is free.
• Registration is required. Every member must register their Aeroplan number individually to be eligible for the Offer. To register, click on the “Register and book now” tab in the Offer e-mail received or click on the Offer page on aircanada.com and follow the steps on the page to register. The Aeroplan Member must register for the Offer during the Offer Period BEFORE booking the Eligible Scheduled Flights.
• To qualify as new, the booking must have been created for the first time during the Offer Period, with a new booking reference number. Any booking made prior to the start of the Offer Period that is subsequently changed to include travel dates within the Travel Period will not be considered a new booking that is eligible for the Offer.
• To be eligible to receive the bonus Aeroplan points, an Aeroplan Member must provide their Aeroplan number at the time of booking.
• To participate in this Offer, a minimum of one round-trip or two one-way trips are required. For clarity, a one-way trip consists of one origin and one destination (one bound) between an airport in Canada and the Eligible Destination. For example, a booking from Toronto (YYZ) to Palma de Mallorca (PMI) that has a stopover in Montréal (YUL) is considered a one-way trip. Two one-way Eligible Scheduled Flights booked in Economy Flex will collectively be awarded 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points. A round-trip booking, in turn, consists of two bounds: One from Canada to the Eligible Destination, and a second one from the Eligible Destination back to Canada. One round-trip Eligible Scheduled Flight in Economy Flex will be awarded 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points.
• The departure of the first outbound trip must commence in Canada to be eligible for this Offer, although both one-way trip flights may originate in Canada.
• For flight segments not wholly travelled within the same fare option, members will earn a combination of the purchased fare option Offers.
• Flight redemption bookings and bookings made with a combination of points and cash are not eligible for this Offer.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise specified, and for certainty, points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite Status bonus are expressly excluded from this Offer.
• Bonus points awarded through this promotion will count towards Everyday Status Qualification as part of Aeroplan Elite Status.
• Bonus Aeroplan points will be credited up to six (6) weeks after the Eligible Scheduled Flights have been flown.
• No points will be awarded if the booking is cancelled or reimbursed.
• Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Taxes, fees, charges, and surcharges apply.

If this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Offer.
