The discontinuation of the Air Canada mobile+ profile service means there are some simple changes to take note of. While the features of this service will be temporarily disabled, all other functions of the Air Canada App and Flight Pass App are still available, including booking, flight status, flight notifications, check-in and boarding passes.
What does this mean for you?
- Passenger and travel document information will need to be entered at time of booking and check-in and can no longer be pre-filled from the Air Canada mobile+ profile.
- Payment information will also need to be entered at time of booking and check-in and cannot be pre-filled from the Air Canada mobile+ profile.
- In order to track new bookings, they must be entered in the Air Canada App, as they will not be automatically synched. To enter a booking in the app, simply select Menu > My Flights > Retrieve Booking.
