Australia 2025 Accumulation Offer – Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms are defined as follows:

• “Eligible Scheduled Flight” means a flight operated by Air Canada® (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express® banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge®) between an airport in Canada and Australia (SYD, BNE). It does not include codeshare and interline flights.
• “Eligible Fare” means those Air Canada published fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer, as set forth below.
• “Eligible Destination” means Sydney (SYD) and Brisbane (BNE) within Air Canada’s network.
• “Offer Period” means the period of which the Offer is valid: June 16, 2025, starting at 00:01 Newfoundland Time through to June 30, 2025, inclusively, ending at 23:59 Pacific Time.
• “Travel Period” means the period during which travel must take place, which is between: June 16, 2025 through to December 15, 2025, inclusively.
• “Offer”:
• Business Offer: During the Offer Period, earn 15,000 bonus Aeroplan points on a new booking of a (1) round trip or two eligible one-way trips of Eligible Scheduled Flights for travel during the Travel Period.
• Eligible Fares for the Business Offer: Business Class flexible, Business Class lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Rouge flexible, Premium Rouge lowest.
• Economy Offer: During the Offer Period, earn 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points on a new booking of a (1) round trip or two eligible one-way trips of Eligible Scheduled Flights for travel during the Travel Period.
• Eligible Fares for the Economy Offer: Economy Latitude, comfort, Economy Flex and Economy Standard.
• Open only to Aeroplan® Members in good standing. If you are not an Aeroplan® Member, you can enroll today. Membership is free.
• To qualify for this Offer, a minimum of one round trip or two one-way trips are required. For clarity, a one-way trip consists of one origin and one destination (one bound) between an airport in Canada and an Eligible Destination. For example, an Eligible Scheduled Flight booked in Economy Flex from Toronto (YYZ) to Sydney (SYD) that has a stopover in Vancouver (YVR), is considered a one-way trip. Two one-way trips in Economy Flex will collectively be awarded 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points. A round-trip booking in Economy Flex, in turn, consists of two bounds: one from Canada to an Eligible Destination, and a second one from the Eligible Destination back to Canada. One round-trip in Economy Flex will be awarded 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points.
• For flight segments not wholly travelled within the same fare option, members will earn a combination of the purchased fare option Offers.
• The departure of the first outbound trip must commence in Canada to be eligible for this Offer.
• Flight redemption bookings and bookings made with a combination of points and cash are not eligible for this Offer.
• Registration is required. Every member must register their Aeroplan number individually to be eligible for the Offer.  To register, click on the “Register and book now” tab in the Offer e-mail received. The Aeroplan Member must register for the Offer during the Offer Period BEFORE booking the Eligible Scheduled Flights.
• To be eligible to receive the bonus Aeroplan points, an Aeroplan Member  must provide their Aeroplan number at the time of booking.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including for certainty, points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite™ Status bonus which are expressly excluded from this Offer.
• Bonus Aeroplan points awarded are not Status Qualifying Miles (SQM).
• No points will be awarded if the booking is cancelled or reimbursed.
• Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Taxes, fees, charges, and surcharges apply.
• Bonus Aeroplan points will be credited up to six weeks after the qualifying flights have been flown.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• If this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Offer.

Hotel Savers - Terms and Conditions

^†HotelSavers^TM hotels available on the travel booking website (the “Website”), operated by Agence de Voyage Loyalty / Loyalty Travel Agency LLC, doing business as cxLoyalty (“cxLoyalty”), provide up to 30% more savings when compared to non-HotelSavers hotels only when redeeming your Aeroplan points for hotel stays made on the Website. For Points + Cash bookings for hotel stays made on the Website, the savings only apply to the Aeroplan points portion of the booking. The savings will not apply to bookings made using card payment only. Savings are calculated by comparing the points price for a HotelSavers hotel to a non-HotelSavers hotel at the same cash price.E.g., When comparing two hotels, each with a cash price of $100 per night, a HotelSavers hotel may be priced at 10,000 Aeroplan Points per night while a non-HotelSavers hotel may be priced at 12,500 points. The saving in this case is 12,500 – 10,000 = 2,500. 2,500 / 12,500 = 20%.
