Current military situation in the Middle East

Because of the current military situation in the Middle East, all flights to and from Dubai (DXB) and Tel Aviv (TLV) are currently suspended. If you are in either of these regions, please do not head to the airport. Your safety is our top priority.

We have revised our ticketing policy to make it easier for customers travelling on an affected flight to make changes to their booking without penalty, space permitting. If your flight is affected, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight free of charge.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation in Dubai (DXB) and the situation in Tel Aviv (TLV) for updates, and we’ll share more information about your rebooking options and any next steps as soon as possible.
