Due to the most recent developments in the Middle East, Air Canada is pausing operations to and from Tel Aviv as of Sunday, April 14, 2024 until June 30, 2024. The next flight from Montreal is now scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2024, and the next flight from Toronto is now scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
We remain in contact with the Canadian Government. We continue to closely monitor the situation and will adjust our plans accordingly.
Original travel dates between now and June 30, 2024
Affected customers on Air Canada’s flights to/from/via Tel Aviv between now and June 30, 2024, will be able to rebook to alternate flights if available, or obtain a travel credit or a full refund.
- If you purchased your ticket directly from Air Canada (via our website or our contact centres), please reach out to us directly at 1-888-247-2262 (or 1-800-3615373 if yours is an Aeroplan flight reward) about your travel options.
- If you purchased your ticket from a travel agency or an online travel website, please contact them.
Travel dates between July 1 and July 15, 2024
If you are currently scheduled to travel during this period, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight, free of charge, to another date between now and August 15, 2024, subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. If you choose to cancel your flight, you will receive a full refund.
Alternative destination
You can choose to fly to/from another destination. You will not be charged any change fees, but any fare difference will apply.
