1 To qualify for this Offer, applications for a new TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Business Card Account must be approved, open and in Good Standing while this Offer is in effect. Offer effective as of January 13, 2026.
The Aeroplan program is a loyalty rewards and recognition program operated by Air Canada’s subsidiary Aeroplan Inc. Visit Air Canada for complete terms and conditions of the Aeroplan program.
Effective as of January 13, 2026. To be eligible for this Offer, the Cardholder who is an Individual Borrower must: (i) be approved for a TD® Aeroplan® Visa Business Card account (“Account”) with an Annual Fee of $149 ("Account") while this Offer is in effect, and (ii) not have opened any TD-Aeroplan Visa Card account (e.g., Platinum, Infinite, Infinite Privilege or Business] in the last 12 months. Even if TD approves your application for an Account, the award and issuance of any Aeroplan points pursuant to this Offer is subject to the Aeroplan program general Terms and Conditions, which provide that incentive or bonus Aeroplan points offered (including, for example, the Welcome Bonus, Monthly Bonus and PAP Bonus in this Offer) to become an Aeroplan credit cardholder and/or to activate, use or hold a new Aeroplan credit card may not be issued and may be revoked in certain circumstances including, but not limited to, if you have previously received welcome or other incentive Aeroplan points in connection with the opening, activation, use or holding of a new Aeroplan credit card account with TD or another issuer of the same card category type as the Account. Welcome Bonus of 10,000 Aeroplan points ("Welcome Bonus") will be awarded to the Cardholder who is the Individual Borrower of the Account only after the first Purchase is made on the Account. The “Cardholder” means the Individual Borrower of the Account who is issued the TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Business Card account with an Annual Fee of $149.
To qualify for a monthly bonus of 2,500 Aeroplan points ("Monthly Bonus"), the Cardholder who is the Individual Borrower must have at least $2,500 in net Purchases posted to their Account each month by the last day of each monthly billing period in the first 12 months after Account approval, up to a total maximum of 30,000 Monthly Bonus Points. Once you have earned 30,000 Monthly Bonus Points in the first 12 months following Account approval, you will no longer be eligible for additional Monthly Bonus Points. Purchases made during a billing period but posted after the end of that billing period will not count toward eligible Purchases for that month but will count toward eligible Purchases for the next billing period. For example, if your monthly billing period is from September 15 to October 14, a Purchase that is made on October 14 (transaction date) and posts on October 15 (posting date) will not count as an eligible Purchase for that month but will count towards spend in the next month's billing period. If the September 15 to October 14 period was your 12th monthly billing period, then the Purchase that was made on October 14 and posted on October 15 would not count toward this Offer.
The PAP Bonus of up to 20,000 Aeroplan Points Recurring Bill Payment Promotional Offer ("PAP Bonus"), only applies to TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Business Card accounts (the “Account”) that are open, active, in good standing while this Offer is in effect and have set up Eligible Recurring Bill Payments set up on the Account within 6 months of Account approval. The Individual Borrower Cardholder can earn up to 20,000 Aeroplan points depending on the number of Eligible Recurring Bill Payments set up on the Account within 6 months of Account approval. The Recurring Bonus is calculated as follows: (i) 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points for 1 new Eligible Recurring Bill Payment, or (ii) 20,000 bonus Aeroplan points for two new Eligible Recurring Bill Payments. "Eligible Recurring Bill Payments” consist of a maximum of two new bill payments that are classified as recurring by the merchant through the Visa network and set up on the Individual Borrower Business Cardholder's Account that are registered and charged to the Account within 6 months of Account approval. Eligible Recurring Bill Payments already set up on the Account prior to January 13, 2026, are not eligible for the PAP Bonus Offer. Please allow eight - twelve weeks after the 6-month Offer Period and for the Eligible Recurring Bill Payment to be registered and charged to the Account for the Recurring Bonus to be applied to your Account. TD reserves the right to: (i) limit the number of credit card accounts opened by one person, (ii) limit the number of points available under this Offer for the Welcome Bonus, Monthly Bonus and PAP Bonus, and (iii) terminate or suspend, in whole or part, or modify this Offer in any way at any time. This Offer cannot be combined with any other Offer unless otherwise indicated. The Account must be in good standing at the time the Welcome Bonus, Monthly Bonus and PAP Bonus are issued by Aeroplan. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks after the conditions for each element of this Offer are fulfilled for the Welcome Bonus, Monthly Bonus and PAP Bonus to be issued by Aeroplan and credited to the Aeroplan member account linked to the Account, which must belong to a Cardholder who is an Individual Borrower. Closing the Account or transferring to another TD credit card account may result in forfeiture of any bonus points not yet awarded under this Offer.
2 Purchase of Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, Grocery, Travel & Transit, or Dining or Air Canada Products means a Purchase of gas or gas station services or electric vehicle charging or products or a Purchase of grocery or grocery items including those at grocery locations, or a Purchase of travel and transit products and services including hotels, flights and vacations booked via a third party travel agency or website, or a Purchase of dining items including those at restaurants, or a Purchase directly with Air Canada for Air Canada products and services completed online at aircanada.com, in-person at Air Canada customer service counter at the airport or aboard an Air Canada flight and Air Canada Vacations packages, each from a merchant classified through the Visa network with a merchant category code (MCC) that identifies the merchant in the “gas” or “electric vehicle charging” or “grocery” or “dining” or “transit” or “Air Canada” category. Aeroplan points are earned on eligible purchases charged to the Account as follows:
- 2 Aeroplan points (Air Canada Bonus Rate) earned for each $1 in Purchases of direct through Air Canada Products; or
- 1.5 Aeroplan points (Bonus Rate) earned for each $1 in Purchases of Travel & Transit (not including Air Canada Purchases) or Dining Products or Purchases of Shipping, Internet, Cable, Phone Services , and Electric Vehicle Charging; or

- Air Canada Bonus Rate and Bonus Rate are earned only on a maximum annual amount of $100,000 of Purchases of direct through Air Canada Products, Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, Grocery, Travel & Transit or Dining Products.
Please contact TD if you wish to confirm the MCC that applies to a particular merchant, or if the Purchase qualifies as a Purchase of Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, Grocery, Travel & Transit, Dining or Air Canada Products. If you have earned Aeroplan points on the maximum annual amount of Purchases of Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, Grocery, Travel & Transit, Dining or Air Canada Products charged to your Account or if your Purchase does not qualify as a Purchase of Gas, Electric Vehicle Charging, Grocery, Travel & Transit, Dining or Air Canada Products, you will instead earn the standard rate of Aeroplan points that applies to all other Purchases charged to the Account as described above. The Air Canada Bonus Rate and Bonus Rate are in place of and not in addition to the standard rate of Aeroplan points earned on all other Purchases charged to the Account.
3 Please ensure that you provide your own personal Aeroplan number to be linked to your credit card as linking a different loyalty number is prohibited. This Aeroplan number must be included on the qualifying reservation to access the airline benefits. The name on the airline reservation must be identical to the name on the Aeroplan account of the traveller. For Additional Cardholders’ ability to access available benefits, their own personal Aeroplan number must be linked to a valid credit card account as verified by the bank that issued your Aeroplan credit card. Linking can be done by visiting www.aircanada.com/linkmycard. Please allow up to 72 hours after the credit card is approved, or the Aeroplan number of the Additional Cardholder is linked to the Additional Cardholder credit card, for these benefits to be activated. Aeroplan member accounts of the Primary Cardholder and Additional Cardholder(s) must be in good standing to enjoy their credit card benefits. Airline benefits will no longer be available upon account closure, regardless of reason for closure, or if the credit card product is changed. Aeroplan membership and benefits are subject to the Aeroplan Program Terms & Conditions and any applicable Air Canada terms and conditions relating to a benefit, as determined by Air Canada in its sole discretion and as may be changed from time to time.
4 "Primary Business Cardholder" means the individual who is issued the TD Aeroplan Visa Business Card with an annual fee of $149. Applicable airline benefits will be awarded to the Aeroplan Account associated with the Primary Business Cardholder, as designated by the Business.
5 A Primary Cardholder or Additional Cardholder, and up to eight (8) other passengers travelling on the same reservation (up to a maximum of nine (9) travellers), are each entitled to a free first checked bag up to 23kg/50lbs. Benefit only applies when checking in with Air Canada, for a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or under the Air Canada Express brand. Free first checked bag benefit is applicable only when the bag is checked in at the designated check-in counter, prior to security. Bags checked in at the gate are not eligible for this benefit. Benefit is not available if check-in is with another airline. If the first checked bag is already complimentary (for example, as a result of Aeroplan Elite Status or fare purchased), there is no additional checked bag benefit that will be provided. Free first checked bag benefit may not be applied retroactively, and no refunds will be issued. Service charges for additional/oversized/overweight baggage may apply. More information on baggage restrictions.
