Exclusive redemption discounts for Aeroplan Elite members

Priority Rewards entitle Aeroplan Elite status members to discount the base fare in points of an eligible flight reward by 50%. (Taxes, fees, charges, and, where applicable, the partner booking fee are excluded.)

Aeroplan Elite status members can access Priority Rewards through Milestone Benefits. As Aeroplan Elite status members accumulate Status Qualifying Credits (SQC) throughout the year, they unlock a new Milestone Benefit at every 10,000 SQC. A Priority Reward is included as one of the selectable options at every 20,000 SQC.

Priority Reward vouchers will be deposited within one week of selecting this benefit as part of a Milestone Benefit selection.

Priority Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Reservations using a Priority Reward must be made before 11:59pm on the voucher expiry date; travel may occur after the voucher expiry date subject to flight schedule availability at the time of reservation.

Priority Reward vouchers can be applied for travel in certain geographic zones and cabin classes and depend on the Aeroplan Elite status you held when you made your Milestone Benefit selection.

• Aeroplan 25K: Canada / US – Economy. Vouchers apply for travel wholly within Canada and the United States (including Hawaii) in Economy Class.
• Aeroplan 35K and Aeroplan 50K: North America – Premium Economy. Vouchers apply for travel wholly within North America (including Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Hawaii) in Economy or Premium Economy classes.
• Aeroplan 75K: Worldwide – Premium Economy. Vouchers apply for travel worldwide, in Economy or Premium Economy classes.
• Aeroplan Super Elite: Worldwide – Business. Vouchers apply for travel worldwide, in Economy, Premium Economy, or Business classes.

The Priority Reward voucher must be redeemed at the time of Flight Reward reservation, and if multiple vouchers of the same type are available for the itinerary, the voucher with the most imminent expiration date will be used first automatically.

No, one voucher is required for each passenger on the reservation (regardless of whether it’s booked as a one-way or roundtrip itinerary). Each voucher can be applied to one Flight Reward, per passenger, for 50% off the points redemption.

The voucher may only be used as described, cannot be transferred to another Aeroplan account, and has no monetary or exchange value. You can however use your Priority Reward to book travel for another person. The Aeroplan points needed to complete this reservation will be deducted from your account balance.

If the itinerary is cancelled before the voucher’s expiry date, it will be refunded to your account with its original expiry date. Any vouchers whose expiry date was prior to the cancellation of the itinerary will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

No, all flight segments of an itinerary must be eligible under your Priority Reward voucher for it to be allowed for use.

No, your Priority Reward vouchers will stay exactly as they were earned. A change in Aeroplan Elite status, either up or down, does not have an impact on the eligible geographic zones or cabin markets for your Priority Reward.

Aeroplan Elite status members will receive a promotion code for 30% off the points redemption of a car or hotel redemption of their choice on the Loyalty platform.
