Get a 10% Head Start with an Aeroplan premium credit card
As we shared last year, 10% Head Start is a new annual benefit launching in 2027 that will reward Primary Aeroplan Premium Credit Cardholders who hold Aeroplan Elite Status. Each year, eligible members will receive bonus Status Qualifying Credits (SQC) equal to 10% of their total SQC accumulated in 2026, with no cap.
To get your first Head Start, you’ll have to be an active Primary Aeroplan Premium Credit Cardholder by December 15, 2026, and hold Aeroplan 25K Status or higher on February 15, 2027.
2026 Milestone selection deadline
Just a reminder to choose your 2026 Milestone Benefits by January 30, 2027. Any 2026 Milestone Benefits not selected by this date will be forfeited.
Important: Bonus SQC must be selected by December 30, 2026, one month earlier than other Milestone Benefits. Bonus SQC will count toward your 2026 Milestones and 2027 Status qualification.
