Policies and Guidelines

  • All requests must be queued to the AC prepaids department through your GDS. AC prepaids will not accept any requests over the phone, either directly or indirectly through AC reservations.
  • Misqueued PNR’s will be reviewed and subject to the OSI messages provided, either handled or re-directed to the correct queue.
  • For boarding AC itineraries where AC is the ground handler*, excluding codeshare flights, requests must be received in queue 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Due to ground-handling agreements at some stations, more than 24 hours may be required. We recommend requests be sent as far in advance as possible.
  • For OAL boarding itineraries and non AC ground handled stations, including AC codeshare flights, requests must be received in queue 48 hours prior to departure (excluding weekend and holidays).
  • Refund requests on 014 MCO’s must be queued using the non-urgent queuing address as indicated in CIC*170/92.
