U.S. removes pre-departure COVID-19 test requirements

June 12, 2022

As of June 12, 2022, customers no longer need to show proof of a pre-departure COVID-19 test result for air travel to the United States.

There are no other changes to requirements, including the requirement to be fully vaccinated. All customers, including U.S. citizens, are still required to clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection to enter the United States. You can learn more about required documents for travel to the U.S. on the USCBP website.

More information about this change and other related U.S. COVID-19 travel policies can be found on the CDC website.
