Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, Aeroplan 75K, Aeroplan 50K and Aeroplan 35K and Star Alliance Gold members, and Business Class customers commencing travel in Toronto and utilizing private transportation to Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, should request drop-off on the departure level curb as follows:

Customers Requiring Special Assistance

If you require special assistance and are utilizing private transportation to Toronto-Pearson Terminal 1, please:

  • Request drop-off on the departure level curb at post 21.
    • The drop point is on the inside curb; just look for the sign showing Special Assistance and a wheelchair symbol.

    • An assistance phone is available at post 21 for curbside assistance. Simply lift the receiver and follow the instructions to be connected.
  • Upon entering the terminal, proceed to the special assistance desk located at aisle 8 to check in for your flight.
