Air Canada's Concierge Agents offer you personalized and dedicated service in 37 airports around the world. In most airports, our Concierge Agents are easily recognizable with their distinctive black uniform and Concierge identification tags. They are conveniently stationed around International Business Class check-in areas, departure gates, and Maple Leaf Lounges.
Who is eligible for concierge service?
Aeroplan Super Elite Status Members and customers travelling in International Business Class can enjoy exclusive dedicated service in 37 airports around the world from more than 200 carefully selected Concierge Agents, all of which are specially-trained in service oriented skills such as guest management, cultural diversity, building customer relationship, and creative problem solving.

Our Concierge Agents are available to assist you with:
- Day of travel and airport related matters
- Special requests, such as hotel or restaurant reservations, special in-flight meals and entertainment
- Additional support if ever your travel plans are disrupted
And because they enjoy a direct link to concierge guilds in cities around the world, Concierge Agents are able to assist premium customers with ticketing, connections, upgrades, and baggage handling. Concierge Agents are also immediate resources for personal needs and last-minute arrangements, such as hotel and restaurant bookings, theatre ticket reservations, and limousine service or any other special needs Aeroplan Super Elite and International Business Class customers may have.
Priority Security Clearance
Priority Security Clearance provides eligible customers expedited access to security screening via an exclusive access lane at the security screening points and times listed below. The service is available to:
- passengers travelling in Business Class and
- Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K, Aeroplan 50K and Aeroplan 35K customers travelling in Economy Class (at most airports).
- Star Alliance Gold members (at airports offering Star Gold Track)
To benefit from this service, simply present your Boarding Pass with eligibility indicator (i.e. Business Class, Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K, Aeroplan 50K, Aeroplan 35K, or Star Alliance Gold).

Priority Boarding
Priority boarding in zones 1 or 2 offers dedicated boarding lanes at most gates. This gives you the luxury of boarding first, or at your leisure.

Priority Baggage Handling
Save time leaving the airport with priority baggage handling. Your bags will be identified with special priority tags so that they will be among the first on the carrousel when you arrive at your destination. Just grab you luggage and go.
The following guests are eligible for priority baggage handling:
- Customers travelling in:
- Star Alliance Gold members
- Customers who purchase a Latitude fare
- Unaccompanied Minors
- Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K, Aeroplan 50K Status Members
Extending priority baggage handling privileges*
As an Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K, and Aeroplan 50K Member, you may extend your priority baggage handling privileges to your spouse, common-law or same-sex partner, dependent children under age 21, and one travel companion, provided your guests check in at the same time as you and are travelling on the same Air Canada flight. Please have your Aeroplan number handy in the event you are asked to present it.
*Does not apply if you are travelling with an Aeroplan Classic Flight Reward or if the first flight in your itinerary is not operated by Air Canada
