If planning on visiting Canada, you might be required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). This entry requirement applies to visa-exempt foreign nationals* travelling to or transiting Canada by air.
Chilean | Argentinian | Colombian | Panamanian | Peruvian citizens who don’t have a valid visa must have an eTA before boarding flights to Canada. If you hadn’t applied for an eTA, you may find yourself being denied boarding on your flight.
