Because of terminal construction at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), it may take longer than normal for passengers arriving from Santiago, Chile (SCL) at Toronto Pearson on Flight AC093, and who have onward connections, to reach the boarding gate for their next flight.
If you currently have a reservation, and would like to extend your connection time between flights, Air Canada has implemented a policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:
- You purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than May 11, 2023, for travel between May 1, 2023, and May 11, 2023.
- Your itinerary connects through Toronto Pearson (YYZ) on AC093 from Santiago, Chile (SCL).
If you are scheduled to travel during the affected period, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight, free of charge, to another date between April 24, 2023, and May 18, 2023, subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply.
