North America Business Class/Premium Rouge

If you’re flying in one of our premium cabins anywhere from or within Canada, or returning from Europe, you can pre-order your meal two to 10 days before departure for select flights on our app or website.

For select international flights from Canada, enjoy fan-favourite meals exclusively offered through our pre-order service.

Terms and Conditions

*Meal pre-ordering terms and conditions:

  • Meal pre-ordering (“MPRE”) is available on select flights from or within Canada or returning from Europe in the following Air Canada published fares: Premium Economy Lowest, Premium Economy Flexible, Premium Rouge, Business Class Lowest and Business Class Flexible.
  • The Air Canada app or website will only show the flights in your itinerary where MPRE is available.
  • MPRE opens ten (10) days before the flight’s departure date and closes forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time (“Ordering Window”).
  • A notification will be sent to you at the start of the Ordering Window for you to pre-select your meal. Once your selection is submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
  • If you don’t want to pre-order a meal, you can disregard the notification and you may select a meal from the available onboard options as per usual.
  • If you submitted a pre-order meal selection but change your mind, you can modify your selection within the Ordering Window. If you submitted a pre-order meal selection but wish to change your selection once on board, Air Canada will use reasonable commercial efforts to offer an alternative meal option, subject to availability.
  • Meals are included as part of your fare and are considered complimentary amenities associated with your class of service or fare brand. These meals have no standalone monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. While Air Canada will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide your selected meal, availability is not guaranteed. No compensation, refund, or alternative credit will be provided in the event a pre-ordered meal is unavailable or not served for any reason.
  • Menus and meal selections are subject to change. If the menu changes after you already submitted a pre-order meal selection and the Ordering Window remains open, you will be notified and given the opportunity to make a new selection. If the Ordering Window has closed, you will be notified that your pre-ordered meal selection has been cancelled and may choose from the available onboard options. Air Canada will use reasonable commercial efforts to provide your selected pre-ordered meal. However, MPRE does not guarantee the availability of a specific meal option.
  • Despite our best efforts, the products we serve and offer for sale may contain various ingredients Air Canada cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or that any meal is entirely free from specific allergens. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution and may wish to bring their own meals.
