All reservation requests for the free night must be accompanied by an active hotel booking made through aircanada.com up to December 31, 2008. A copy of the hotel confirmation issued to you by aircanada.com must be forward including the hotel booking confirmation number (IAN).
Hotel Magenta will process all request for the additional night and cross reference the aircanada.com hotel confirmation number. Customers will be accommodated in the same level of accommodations as the original hotel booking and should have stay extended in room of original stay.
Hotel confirmation for the free days are to be processed directly back to you no later than 24-hours following reservation request.
Eligibility: You must travel on Air Canada service between Canada and France through April 1, 2009. Complete a hotel reservation at the Hotel Magenta in Paris at aircanada.com. For every consecutive two (2) night stay at the Hotel Magenta in Paris.
As an aircanada.com customer, you can claim one (1) additional night stay – FREE at the at the Hotel Magenta in-conjunction with their original stay.
For a stay of four (4) consecutive nights, the free night claim is two (2) nights (total stay 6 nights). A maximum of two (2) free nights will be applicable on any single booking.
To Claim free nights: Make your booking online at aircanada.com for a stay at the Hotel Magenta in Paris for a minimum stay of two (2) nights or more. This offer applies to hotel stays through March 31, 2009.
Once the air and core hotel bookings have been completed at aircanada.com, you will obtain a booking confirmation for each portion of the booking. You will then forward the hotel confirmation email to claim the free hotel stay through:

Indicate the number of free additional nights which are required along with core stay.
Additional nights will be added to the end of consecutive nights stay i.e. for a 2 night stay with one free hotel night – the aircanada.com hotel booking confirmation should reflect, for example, an arrival on October 2 with a departure on October 4 – the free night will be added to the booking of a period commencing on October 4 and departing on October 5.
