Please be advised that our caterer in Toronto, Gate Gourmet, is currently involved in a labour dispute with its employees.
As a result, most of Air Canada's shorter flights will not be catered according to our specifications.While we will do our best to cater our longer flights as per our usual standards, there is a possibility that we may not be able to do so. On flights where On Board Café is offered, the selection will be limited. Unfortunately, pre-ordered special meals cannot be guaranteed.
We recommend that you prepare accordingly either by eating before your flights or by bringing your own food on board.
If bringing food and drinks, we recommend that you purchase liquids after you've passed security, as liquids of more than 100 ml are not allowed beyond security checkpoints.
If you have access to our Maple Leaf Lounges, we suggest that you arrive early and visit a lounge before your flight as we have increased our offerings for the duration of the labour disruption.
