New vaccine rules for travellers in Canada

October 22, 2021

Effective October 30, travellers aged 12 and older departing from Canadian airports need to be fully vaccinated, 14 days prior to departure.

Through November 29, 2021, if you’re not vaccinated, or in the process of being vaccinated, you’ll be able to travel if you can show a valid COVID-19 molecular test taken within 72 hours of travel.

During check-in, you will be asked to make a declaration confirming you have a proof of vaccination (or alternatively, a valid COVID-19 molecular test result) and are willing to provide it upon request.
