Report a 2025 Status Qualifying Dollar discrepancy

Have you noticed a discrepancy in your Status Qualifying Dollar (SQD) transactions for a 2025 flight activity? Let us know so we can make it right.

Are you missing both Aeroplan points and SQD?
Let us know about your missing points first! That’s because Aeroplan points are always credited first and SQM/SQS/SQD follow automatically.

Before you start, please note the following:

  • This form is to be used exclusively to report a Status Qualifying Dollar (SQD) discrepancy for a 2025 flight activity.
  • If you have any questions or concerns before your trip, please contact us— we're here to help.
  • To share feedback or to address a specific matter after your trip, please reach out to our Customer Relations team.

A few important reminders

  • Your request will not be reviewed if you are reporting a discrepancy:
    • For a flight flown in 2026
    • For travel on an Economy Basic fare (not eligible for SQM/SQS/SQD accumulation)
    • For a Last Minute Upgrade or Bid Upgrade (not eligible for SQD accumulation)
  • SQD can be earned for flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express.
  • Flights operated by an airline in the Star Alliance network may also be eligible for SQD accumulation if booked on an Air Canada ticket (ticket numbers beginning with ‘014’).
