Service disruption at Flybe

Because of the service disruption at Flybe airline, we understand that you may want to make alternate travel arrangements. For this reason, Air Canada has implemented a goodwill policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:

  • You purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than March 5, 2020.
  • Your itinerary includes a flight operated by Flybe.

If your travel is affected, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight, free of charge, to another date within the validity period of your ticket, and subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply.
