Travel from Cuba

Because of the ongoing power outages and hotel closures in Cuba, we understand that you may want to make alternative travel arrangements. If you currently have a reservation, Air Canada has implemented a policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:

• You purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than February 8, 2026, for travel between February 9 and February 18, 2026.
• Your itinerary includes a flight from:
  • Cayo Coco - Jardines del Rey Airport (CCC)
  • Holguín - Frank País Airport (HOG)
  • Santa Clara - Abel Santamaría Airport (SNU)
  • Varadero - Juan Gualberto Gómez Airport (VRA)

If you booked your flight from Cuba on or before February 8, 2026, for travel between February 9 and February 18, you may choose to rebook on an earlier Air Canada flight between now and February 18, 2026. Please contact us at 1-888-247-2262 to change your flight, free of charge. A fare difference may apply.

If you prefer not to travel, you can cancel your booking and choose to receive a credit to your AC Wallet* or convert the value of your ticket to a Future Travel Credit. More about our credit options.
