Canada-U.S.A. Upgrade Certificates
Canada - U.S.A. upgrade certificates are available in booklets of two and can be purchased for $100 CAD/USD, plus applicable taxes. Each certificate is valid for a one-way upgrade to Executive Class from origin to destination (including connections). Certificates are valid for travel for one year from date of issue.

Rapidair upgrade certificates are available in booklets of four and can be purchased for $160 CAD/USD (plus applicable taxes). Each certificate is valid for a one-way upgrade to Executive Class. Certificates are valid for travel for one year from date of issue.
To purchase your Rapidair Upgrade certificates, visit the airport ticket counter in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa.
- Reservations for upgrades cannot be made on aircanada.com, and must be confirmed through Air Canada Reservations. Please call within 48 hours of departure to request your upgrade.
- Ensure you have a confirmed Latitude ticket (Y or B booking class) for travel aboard an eligible flight operated by Air Canada or Jazz.
- Present your upgrade certificate along with your boarding pass to the agent at check-in or at the boarding gate.
Upgrades are subject to availability. Upgrades can only be applied to a previously purchased ticket with confirmed reservations. For upgrades to be honoured, the certificate must be presented at check-in. Failure to provide applicable certificate at the airport may result in refusal of carriage.
