Tickets should be always refunded in the channel they were booked.
When this is not possible, you may request assistance from Air Canada.
Customer Contact Centres for refund of:
- Taxes for unused Tour Conductor tickets
- Tickets under AC control if the PNR is not live
- Purged PNR
Queues to the Rates desk for:
- Assistance to calculate a refund on partially used tickets
- Tickets under AC control if the PNR is live
- Partially used tickets with multiple form of payment
Before queuing your PNR to the rates desk, please provide details that will help a Rates agent to process your request.
Refund Services via Ticket Refund Application Form to:
- Correct a refund processed incorrectly in GDS
- Refund expired and purged tickets, i.e. you are unable to display the eTicket
- Refund partially used ticket with complex refund, if exchanged multiple times
- Refund refundable taxes for customers who No Show (select Unable to display ET)
- Tickets under Other Airlines control
Refund to AC Wallet
The value of unused eligible tickets issued by your travel agency may also be refunded to an AC Wallet. You or your customers can request refund via My Bookings. Consult AC Wallet at Agent Reference for more information.
