If you’re currently scheduled to travel to, from or through Montego Bay (MBJ) or Kingston (KIN), Jamaica, Air Canada has implemented a policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:

• You purchased an Air Canada ticket no later than October 28, 2025, for travel originally scheduled between October 31, and November 15, 2025.

If you’re scheduled to travel during the affected period, you can retrieve your booking to change your flight, free of charge, to another date up to and including November 30, 2025, subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. Otherwise, any fare difference will apply.

We have also added extra flights departing from Kingston to help customers in Jamaica return home. You can contact us directly to review your options with an agent.

• If your flight has been cancelled. You’ll have the option of changing your trip, free of charge, to select alternative destinations subject to availability in the cabin you originally purchased. This option applies to any Air Canada-operated flight so long as your travel is completed by November 30, 2025. To choose this option, please contact us directly. If your flight is cancelled, you’ll also have the option of receiving a full refund.
• If you were originally scheduled to travel from Montego Bay (MBJ), and switching to Kingston is an option for you.
