Travel within the U.S.

Many airports in the United States are expected to experience flight reductions over the coming days.

If you’re currently scheduled to travel within the United States on a United Airline flight and wish to make alternative travel arrangements, Air Canada has implemented a policy that makes it possible for you to make voluntary changes to your itinerary if:

• You purchased an Air Canada ticket*operated by United Airlines no later than November 5 2025, for travel between November 6 and 16, 2025.

If you’re scheduled to travel during the affected period, you can retrieve your booking and change your flight up to two hours before departure:

• To another date within the validity period of your ticket and based on the fare originally purchased. Any fare difference will apply.

* If you purchased an Air Canada ticket for a United Airlines flight, your flight number will start with ‘AC’ (e.g. AC866). Air Canada tickets start with the numbers ‘014’.
