Flexible Rebooking Policy: Dubai and Tel Aviv

Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill Policy to offer flexible rebooking and credit options due to Middle East Unrest.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers are permitted one free change as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on Air Canada Operated flights.

Passengers may choose to travel to an alternate
Air Canada destination, change fee and ADCOL waived if choosing to rebook to Europe (including UK), India, or Africa. All flights must be operated by Air Canada in the same cabin as originally booked. Flights must be between May 1, 2026, and December 15, 2026.

Endorsement
|
For Call Centres and Travel Agencies, use ACMIDEASTQ2 when processing a ticket exchange for GDS issued tickets. Endorsement is not required for NDC, AC Connex and ADO issued tickets.

Refunds
|
As per fare rules.
Customers can also cancel and retain tickets as Future Travel Credit or refund on AC Wallet, including basic.

Group Bookings
|
For ticketed Group bookings, if different routings are required for the customers, please create new individual PNRs in your GDS. Once exchanged, please cancel any outstanding group space.
For un-ticketed Group bookings held under Deposit or Full Payment, agencies wishing to rebook for a new destination can make a new booking in G-Cubed prior to cancellation. Once the new contract has been signed, penalties will be waived for the original group. Applies to Groups with signed contract prior to March 16, 2026. Deadline to make the new booking is March 13, 2026.
For un-ticketed Group bookings subject only to the Booking Fee obligation, cancellation will be permitted without penalty up until March 31, 2026.

|
