Flexible Rebooking Policy: Dubai
As of June 23, 2025
Air Canada has updated the Goodwill Policy to offer flexible rebooking options for Dubai.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers are permitted one free change as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on Air Canada Operated or Air Canada Codeshare flights.
For customers connecting via DXB on OAL, change fee is waived but ADCOL applies. Customers can also cancel and retain full value of tickets as future travel credit or refund on AC Wallet.

For Customer Contact Centres and Travel Agencies, use ACADXBJUN25 when processing a ticket exchange for GDS issued tickets. Endorsement is not required for NDC, AC Connex and ADO issued tickets. |
