Air Canada Flexible Refund Policy:
Labour Disruption  - August 18, 2025


Air Canada has extended the Goodwill Policy to offer flexible refund options.

Ticket Stock 014
Ticket Issue All tickets issued on/before August 15, 2025
Original Travel Dates Between August 16, 2025 and August 21,2025
 
Refunds Full refund of unused portion of ticket permitted for all fare types with no cancellation fee. 
Endorsement For Call Centres and Travel Agencies, use ACAREFAUG25 when processing a ticket refund for GDS issued tickets. Endorsement is not required for NDC, AC Connex and ADO issued tickets.
Aeroplan Tickets Please refer the customer to Aeroplan for handling (refer to Aeroplan - Contacts for the Aeroplan Schedule Change phone number).
Air Canada Vacations Bookings Please consult Air Canada Vacations travel advisory for information.
Additional Details For any itinerary with a flight cancellation, please follow the procedures outlined in the Schedule Change or Flight Disruption Policy.
