Flexible Rebooking Policy: Toronto Winter Conditions

Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill policy to offer flexible rebooking options due to winter conditions in YYZ, offering customers connecting through YYZ a non-stop flight or a connection through a different airport.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers connecting through YYZ are permitted one free change from a connecting itinerary to a non-stop flight, or a connection through a different airport, as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on Air Canada Operated flights in the same cabin as ticketed.
Example: Passenger ticketed to travel on 22JAN YVR-YYZ-YUL can change to
YVR-YUL non-stop flight or a connection via alternative airport; YVR-YYC-YUL, without penalty or adcoll, as long as they travel within the rebooking window.
