If you’re travelling from Algeria, Cuba, or Morocco, you will need to see an airport agent to receive your boarding pass.

And, finally, if the first flight in your itinerary is operated by an airline other than Air Canada, you will need to check in with that other airline.

I’m travelling as part of a group. Can we check in via the app or online?

Your group can check in via the app or online, but you’ll need to do it in increments of 9 passengers.

  • The first and last names of all the members of your group (entered individually for security purposes)
  • The ticket number: 13 numeric characters (example: 014 1234567890)
