Security Measures
Passengers with connecting flights are advised not to purchase liquids or gels on board the aircraft (or at duty-free), if they:
- do not have access to checked luggage upon arrival at the connecting airport where duty-free purchases can be added to checked luggage, and/or
- have no room in checked baggage to pack duty-free purchases before rechecking their bags.
The online duty-free pre-order service is available to passengers travelling to the following international destinations:

If you are travelling on a North American flight over three hours long:
- a flight between Canada and an international destination (outside North America), or
- a flight to and from Canada and Mexico, the Caribbean, Bermuda and Hawaii that is operated by one of the following aircraft:
- Boeing 777-300 (77W), 777-200 (77L) and 767-300 (763)
- Airbus A330-300 (333)
If you are travelling on a North American flight over three hours long:
- from the United-States to Canada, or
- to and from Canada and the Caribbean, Mexico City, Caracas and Bogota (due to space limitations, the service is not offered on our Embraer aircraft).
