What you need to know:
  • Pre-order purchases must be completed at least 96 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.
  • Pre-ordered items are delivered on flights leaving Canada only. Be sure your itinerary is eligible for pre-order.
  • Online purchases are payable by credit card and must have a minimum value of $49 CAD and a maximum value of $1000 CAD per person.
  • To complete a purchase, some travel information is required (e.g. flight number, date of travel, passport information).

Security Measures
Passengers with connecting flights are advised not to purchase liquids or gels on board the aircraft (or at duty-free), if they:
  • do not have access to checked luggage upon arrival at the connecting airport where duty-free purchases can be added to checked luggage, and/or
  • have no room in checked baggage to pack duty-free purchases before rechecking their bags.
Duty-free liquids will be confiscated at the security checkpoint and additional charges may apply to check the items in.
