Simply purchase a prepaid OnBoard Café voucher online in advance, available for most flights of two hours or more within Canada and between Canada and the U.S., Bermuda, the Caribbean, Mexico and Costa Rica where the OnBoard Café services are offered. For the very low price of CA$7 — compared to CA$9 when purchased onboard — this prepaid voucher offers you one (1) Meal item and one (1) Snack item to be served onboard.

Log in with your Aeroplan number or prepare your booking reference number, your last name and your credit card number and click on Manage My Bookings page to access your booking. You will then be able to request your Prepaid OnBoard Café Voucher up to one (1) hour before your flight's departure, provided you have not already checked in.	To purchase your voucher, simply check the box below ‘Prepaid OnBoard Café Voucher’ when selecting travel options for your flight at time of booking on aircanada.com. When your boarding pass is issued, a code (PR07) will be printed indicating to the flight attendant that your OnBoard Café voucher is prepaid.

About OnBoard Café

OnBoard Café is offered in Economy Class on most flights of 90 minutes or more within Canada, between Canada and the U.S., Bermuda, the Caribbean and Costa Rica. It offers a variety of snack items on flights between 90 minutes and 2 hours and a fresh selection of meal items on flights of 2 hours or more.

OnBoard Café is available for purchase when travelling in Economy Class on eligible flights booked with the Tango or the Tango Plus fare option. When travelling on flight booked with the Latitude fare option, a complimentary snack and a complimentary meal item are offered. A code (LT07) will be printed on the boarding pass indicating to the flight attendant that a Latitude fare is booked.

Also, when you travel on an international flight that includes a stop in a Canadian city, you will be offered a complimentary snack and a complimentary meal item on the domestic portion of your flight. For example, if you are travelling from Toronto to Hong Kong with a stop in Vancouver, your complimentary snack and meal will be offered to you on the Toronto-Vancouver portion of your itinerary.

A code (PR07 or SPML) is printed on your boarding pass indicating that you are travelling on both the domestic and international portions of the flight.

About Café Jazz

Café Jazz is the menu offered in Economy Class on flights of two (2) hours or more operated by Jazz. Its menu products and services differ from those offered on Air Canada's OnBoard Café. Meal items are not available on Jazz flights of less than three (3) hours and fifteen (15) minutes, and the Café Jazz service is not offered on flights operated on Dash 8 aircrafts. Important notes

• Prepaid OnBoard Café Vouchers are currently not offered for flights booked using a Flight Pass credit.
• Hot meal items are not available on Embraer aircraft.
• Special Meals are not available on flights where OnBoard Café is offered. Every effort has been made to present a variety of choices catering to different tastes and requirements. A wide selection of Kosher-certified products are available.
• Meals-Ready-to-Eat (MRE) and other self-heating meal and beverage kits with portable heating systems/ration heaters are not permitted on board the aircraft at any time. Nor are they permitted in checked or carry-on baggage.
