Air Canada offers a range of priority services designed to simplify and enhance your overall airport experience and minimize time spent on airport processes. These services are offered when you travel in:

Some priority services are also available to Air Canada Altitude members, Star Alliance Gold members, as well as Latitude customers.

Priority Check-in

Priority check-in offers personalized full check-in services. Dedicated counters are available across the Air Canada network.

Those eligible for Priority check-in include:

Customers travelling in Executive First Class, Executive Class or Premium Economy Class
Air Canada Altitude members
Star Alliance Gold members
Customers travelling on a Latitude fare
Air Canada/American Express/CIBC Maple Leaf Club card holders
American Express AeroplanPlus Platinum and Corporate AeroplanPlus Platinum cardholders

Priority Security Clearance

Priority Security Clearance is available to all customers travelling in Executive First Class or Executive Class. It provides expedited access to security screening via an exclusive access lane at select airports and times.

Priority Boarding

Priority Boarding offers a dedicated boarding lane which allows you the luxury of boarding first, or at your leisure via an expedited priority lane.

Priority Baggage Handling

With priority baggage handling, your bags will be identified with special priority tags so that they will be among the first on the carrousel when you arrive at your destination. Priority baggage handling is offered to:

Customers travelling in Executive First Class, Executive Class or Premium Economy Class
Altitude Super Elite 100K, Elite 75K and Elite 50K members
Star Alliance Gold members
Customers who purchase a Latitude fare for travel within North America
Unaccompanied Minors.
Passengers who require the use of a mobility aid, e.g. wheelchair, walker, cane or crutches.
